Refund Policy
1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to all Packages purchased through zeusadvisory.net and forms part of our Terms of Service.
2. Fit-guarantee refund
If, after the first advisory session, both you and the lead advisor conclude that the Package does not fit your situation, you may request a full refund in writing within seven (7) days of that session. Refunds under this clause are issued without further questions to the original payment method.
3. Before the first session
If you cancel before the first session has been delivered, you are entitled to a full refund. Please email us as early as possible so we can free up the slot.
4. After completed delivery
Once the deliverables for a Package have been delivered (written memo, plan document, full set of sessions) the Package is considered consumed and refunds are no longer available, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
5. No-shows
If you do not attend a scheduled session and do not reschedule with at least 24 hours notice, the session is considered delivered and no refund is due for that session.
6. Payment method
Refunds are issued to the original payment card used at checkout via Payzpool. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.
7. Chargebacks
If you have any issue with a charge, please contact us first — we resolve the vast majority of concerns informally. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the engagement being suspended.
8. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your order number (format ZEUS-XXXXXXXXXX) and a brief note. We acknowledge every refund request within one business day.
