Terms of Service
1. Parties & acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the provision of advisory services and the use of the website at zeusadvisory.net (the "Site") by ZEUS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY LIMITED, a company registered in England & Wales with its registered office at 4 Kevin Close, Kingsclere, RG20 5LY, GB ("ZEUS", "we", "our" or "us"). By purchasing any package or otherwise engaging us, you ("Client", "you") confirm that you have the authority to enter into a binding contract and that you accept these Terms in full.
2. Services
ZEUS provides strategic management consultancy and advisory services to businesses and individuals. The scope, deliverables and duration of each engagement are defined in the advisory package you select at checkout (each a "Package"). No engagement includes legal, tax, investment, medical or regulated financial advice.
3. Ordering & payment
- All prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any taxes that may be due under the Client's local law.
- Payment is collected at checkout through our payment processor, Payzpool, which handles card acceptance through regulated upstream acquirers. ZEUS does not store card numbers.
- An order is binding once payment has been successfully authorised and you receive a confirmation email with an order number.
4. Delivery & scheduling
Following successful payment, our team will contact the Client at the email address supplied at checkout within one (1) business day to schedule the first session. All sessions are delivered remotely by secure video link unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. The Client is responsible for attending the scheduled sessions at the agreed times; missed sessions are not automatically refundable (see clause 7).
5. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete and timely information relevant to the engagement.
- Nominate a single primary point of contact on the Client's side.
- Not share call recordings, written deliverables or any confidential material prepared by ZEUS with third parties without prior written consent.
6. Intellectual property
All frameworks, templates, checklists and other generic consulting materials remain the property of ZEUS. Outputs specifically created for the Client (written memos, tailored plans) are licensed to the Client on a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable basis for internal business use. ZEUS retains the right to re-use anonymised learnings from the engagement.
7. Cancellation & refunds
Our refund rules are set out in detail in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: if the first session concludes that the Package is a poor fit for the Client's situation, ZEUS will issue a full refund on written request within seven (7) days of that session.
8. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed by the other party in the course of the engagement, and to use such information solely for the purposes of performing its obligations under these Terms. A mutual non-disclosure agreement may be executed on request prior to the engagement.
9. Limitation of liability
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any liability which cannot be excluded under applicable law.
- Subject to clause 9(1), our total aggregate liability to the Client arising out of or in connection with the engagement, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, shall not exceed the fees actually paid by the Client for the Package in question.
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost revenues, lost savings or loss of goodwill.
10. No guaranteed outcomes
Advisory services are provided on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee any specific business, financial or commercial outcome from the implementation of our recommendations. The Client retains sole responsibility for its business decisions.
11. Data protection
Personal data provided by the Client is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes
We may amend these Terms from time to time. The version displayed on the Site at the time of purchase is the version that applies to that purchase.
13. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
