How are the sessions delivered?
All sessions are delivered remotely via a secure video link (Google Meet or Zoom). A calendar invite with the joining details is sent within one business day of payment.
Can I reschedule a session?
Yes. You can reschedule once per session with at least 24 hours notice, at no extra cost.
Which currencies do you accept?
All packages are billed in USD via secure card payment. Your bank will convert automatically if you pay in another currency.
Is there a contract to sign?
Our Terms of Service (linked in the footer) form the engagement contract. By completing checkout you accept those terms.
What if the package does not fit my question?
If after the first session we conclude the engagement is a poor fit, we issue a full refund, no questions asked. See our Refund Policy.
